Units 202 and 212.

Entering your home, you will be immediately taken by the spacious, open design. Floors are tiled and the walls are filled with wonderful local artwork.

Sliding glass doors from the living room and both bedrooms lead to an exterior balcony that runs the length of the unit.

What our guests love is the spaciousness of the living area and kitchen. A granite island counter that seats four separates the kitchen from the living/dining areas. Much of the modern furniture is locally hand-crafted. Internet is available throughout and a smart TV hangs on a wall in the living area. There is plenty of light and great breezes if you choose not to use the AC. Operable shades on the glass doors give you the option of totally open, translucent or blackout conditions.

They have well-equipped kitchens for cooking and entertaining, should you choose, though the dining and entertainment offerings abound throughout the Puerto Aventuras community.

Both bedrooms have private baths. One has a king bed and the other a queen. Unit 212 king bedroom also has a private terrace side, in addition to the balcony.

All bedrooms have high-quality linens and towels. Along with the washer/dryer on the first floor, you will have plenty of fresh linens. Daily cleaning service is not included but you can request that your house be cleaned for an additional cost during your stay.

Studio 100 is on the ground floor and is a little larger than the two upper studios. It comes with locally hand-crafted dining table, chairs and computer table. 

The bath area, just off the entry, has tiled floors, a granite lavatory and a spacious tiled and glass shower area. A wooden closet with shelves and a safe are available within the bath area. 

Walking to the studio area, you will find a kitchen with modern cabinets, a granite counter, a microwave and a two-burner induction stovetop with a small refrigerator below. It is appointed with up-to-date kitchenware, sufficient for a couple or a couple with a child to enjoy a home-cooked meal when not enjoying one of the several fine restaurants a short walk away. 

Included in the modern interior space are a queen bed, a small chair futon, a smart TV, Internet, AC and a ceiling fan. The artwork on the walls is hand-painted by a local artist. A sliding door takes you to the terrace and private grassed garden area. 

Studios 203 and 211 are up a short flight of stairs on opposite sides of the building. Both have similarly equipped baths, kitchens and sleeping space with wonderful local art on the walls. Both have private terraces and outdoor seating and enjoy the omnipresent tropical breezes.

All studio units have high-quality linen and towel packages. Daily or weekly laundry or cleaning services are available to purchase upon request.

A few feet from your door are the property's amenities. You can swim or lounge around the pool or sit on the dock a few feet away and watch tropical fish pass by in the gin-clear waters of the canal. Or you can walk up to the mezzanine to enjoy views of the canal and surrounding neighborhood from one of the two Jacuzzis, use the grilling area to prepare your favorite fish or dine in the privacy and comfort of the property’s roof-top lounge area. 

Destino Puerto Aventuras is so well located within the beach community that you can walk to everything you will need. The cobbled streets and slow traffic make for a comfortable and safe stroll. If you choose not to walk, golf carts are available to rent by the hour or by the day. Excursions to outside attractions, ruins, cenotes, and shopping in Tulum or Playa del Carmen can be handled by taxi, tour operators or you can rent a car. 

Conveniently located within the Puerto Aventuras complex, there are several popular activities for you to enjoy, including:

• Golf: Puerto Aventuras is home to the beautiful 9-hole golf course and Puerto Aventuras Golf Club. Golf enthusiasts can enjoy a round of golf while surrounded by lush greenery, tropical scenery, and views of the Caribbean Sea.
• Marina Activities: The marina in Puerto Aventuras offers a range of activities for visitors to enjoy. You can take a boat tour or charter a fishing excursion to explore the coastal waters, go snorkeling or scuba diving to discover the vibrant marine life or try your hand at deep-sea fishing.
• Shopping and Dining: Puerto Aventuras features a charming commercial area with various shops, boutiques, and restaurants. You can browse for souvenirs, beachwear, jewelry, and artwork. Additionally, there are several dining options that offer a mix of international cuisine and local flavors, allowing visitors to indulge in delicious meals and drinks.

It's a great way to relax and pamper yourself during your visit. Two gymnasiums are available to the public for your workouts. One is at the Catalina Resort and the other at the Puerto Aventuras Beach Club, which as a guest of Destino, you will have access. 

Cultural Excursions: Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located near many cultural and historical attractions. You can take day trips to explore the ancient Mayan ruins of Tulum, Coba, or Chichen Itza, visit cenotes (natural sinkholes), or explore the nearby eco-parks like Xcaret or Xel-Há.
